A Great View at The Harborview!

 

Eric Lund purchased the Harborview in 1998. The Harborview lives up to its name by offering amazing harbor views of Lake Michigan and the Port Washington area. This means it is an ideal choice for fishing enthusiasts since Port Washington is the state’s top charter fishing port. The hotel is located only steps away from unique, local shopping in the historic downtown storefronts.


After a major flood in August of 2018, Eric Lund wanted to take this opportunity to renovate the hotel into an independent boutique style hotel. Utilizing an SBA 504 loan provided by WBD and financing from One Community Bank, Eric was able to secure long-term fixed rate financing for his business. This project added nine jobs to the Port Washington community and will help bring new income to Ozaukee County, Wisconsin.
