Dr. Neal Rosenberg grew up in Grafton, Wisconsin. He graduated from the Marquette University School of Dentistry in 2014. Dr. Rosenberg is a member of the Wisconsin National Guard. He has practiced at Sauk Trail Dental since 2019. At Sauk Trail Dental, they offer preventive and diagnostic services, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, specialty and pediatric dentistry as well as emergency care.

 

How he utilized the SBA 504 Loan:

 

Dr. Rosenberg was presented with the opportunity to purchase the land and buildings or his own dental practice. Utilizing an SBA 504 loan provided by WBD and financing from PNC Bank, Dr. Rosenberg was able purchase his own business and he was able to secure long-term fixed rate financing. This project added one new job and retained three jobs for the community of Saukville, Wisconsin.  This project also helped stabilize Ozaukee County.
