Stack Equipment opened for business in the 1990’s. Seeking a new opportunity to own a successful business, Jim Lenahan did just that, purchasing Stack Equipment in 2018. Stack Equipment is a value-added supplier to the rental industry, with a mission to provide their customers with the highest-quality service, sales and parts possible. Stack Equipment refurbishes, refreshes, repairs and remarkets aerial work platforms and rough terrain forklifts. They have two locations, one in Wisconsin and one in Tennessee.
Seeking to refinance a land contract he had on the property, Jim teamed up with Park Bank and WBD to make it happen. Utilizing an SBA 504 loan provided by WBD and financing from Park Bank, Jim was able to secure long-term fixed rate financing for the project. He was able to realize a huge monthly savings from that of the land contract. This project helped to create two jobs for the Hartford community. It also aided in rural development of Washington County.
