How did Luke achieve these distinctions? It all started with a job as a WBD Project Manager, one of his first jobs out of college. At WBD Luke learned the ropes of credit, underwriting, and, of course, the SBA 504 loan. He then moved to Commerce State Bank and now serves as Vice President – Market Manager at Summit Credit Union where he continues to champion the SBA 504.
You might think it’s Luke’s competitive spirit as an all-star college athlete or the perks like cool WBD swag and the exclusive golf outing that drove him. But for Luke, it is all about delivering for the small business borrower. A die-hard Neil Diamond fan, Luke might even say the SBA 504 loan terms are as sweet as Caroline. With affordable, long-term fixed rates and less money down, these loans put his clients in a great position. As Luke says, “their success is my success.”
