WBD is a proud supporter of Family Friendly Workplaces, based in Woodville, WI. Their Executive Director, Neil Kline, believes in their mission of addressing western Wisconsin’s workforce shortage and strengthening western Wisconsin families by certifying employers as Family Friendly and encouraging the adoption of Family Friendly practices.
Mr. Kline came to WBD looking for financial assistance to support the general operations of Family Friendly Workplaces and continue and improve on the work they’re doing in their community. The impact of WBD’s support is translated into meaningful community impact, driven and supported by employers. It ensures FFW’s ability to generate increased conduit funding, employer education about the role they play in strengthening community vitality while helping employers support the nonprofit sector.
WBD’s financial support offers FFW the possibility to support a part-time communications position, expand their operations into new geographies, or invest in deeper benefits for participating employers.
